Our leadership board combines former managers and senior employees from Citrix, Microsoft and Capital Outsourcing. Each individual has more than 15 years of multinational experience in leading business or technical teams for delivering enterprise solutions across several industries.
Khalil Harfouche CEO

Khalil Harfouche is the CEO of CODE. He leads the CODE vision and is responsible of the company’s overall strategy and market direction. He inspires the company’s core values and corporate culture that emphasizes integrity, respect and a high degree of business ethics. CODE was born out of Khalil’s dream of gathering an elite team of IT and business professionals across the region to establish a company with a big ambition – to become the top IT consulting firm in the Middle East and Africa, providing IT and business solutions for the “Cloud & Mobility” era.
Khalil started his career in the IT field about 20 years ago in a multinational organization; he then joined Capital Outsourcing as Operations' Director. After that, he was appointed General Manager of Capital Outsourcing Consulting Services where he achieved a significant growth and geographical expansion in the Middle East, Gulf and Africa.
Khalil has actively contributed to the development of the Cloud Computing concept in the Middle East and Africa and was a key-speaker in many regional conferences, mostly organized by Microsoft. He has also many published articles about cloud computing and SaaS. With his strategy consulting and his background in business and IT, he helped many large organizations (namely in the telco and government sectors) in successfully launching their large or complex cloud-based initiatives.
When he’s not busy driving CODE’s vision forward, Khalil engages in many social and environmental activities and is a founder-member of many NGOs. He is also a university lecturer in MIS and eCommerce.
Khalil holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Saint Joseph University in Beirut and is also certified on PRINCE2 project management foundation.
Maroun El Kady Software Development Lead

As a Software Development Lead, Maroun is responsible of providing technical guidance to development teams - which includes: Solution architecture, technologies to be used and development approaches.
With more than 10 years of experience in multiple roles such as Software Development, Business Intelligence expert, Integration Software engineer and Team lead, Maroun is ambitious to acquire and implement new technologies, methodologies and frameworks to CODE Solutions.
Before joining CODE, Maroun has worked with Management Group Offshore located in Lebanon for about 5 years. As a Senior Software Developer and later stage as an Integration Software Engineer, he was working with an expert team to deliver one of the top Construction Program Management Software Solutions in the market.
Maroun holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology - Information Systems from Southern Cross University in Sydney – Australia. Prior to the degree, he completed the Diploma in Information Technology – Web Development in TAFE- Sydney which he has completed it with distinction and was awarded the TAFE NSW International Student of the year.
Joseph Moussallem Professional Services Lead

Joseph is the Professional Services Lead and manages the consulting services at CODE. With more than 10 years of experience in the IT field – namely in solution consulting, technical pre-sales and project delivery. Certified in various IT disciplines, Joseph has a wide understanding of IT Service Lifecycle Management.
Joseph is a highly collaborative, meticulous, and professional Consultant who knows exactly how to act as the main spark and heart of the projects he is engaged in ,in addition to his positive attitude and incremental outgoing nature are highly contagious, always lending his energy towards motivating the onsite delivery team to excel continuously.
His areas of specialty include Citrix and Microsoft infrastructure services, Cloud Control Panels and provisioning systems in addition to Cloud platforms (private and public).
Joseph has also been involved in the design and implementation of several large-scale Microsoft, Citrix and Cloud platforms projects across the region (Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE) namely for hosting providers, banking sector and government organizations.
Joseph holds a master’s degree in computer engineering from University of Balamand. Joseph has numerous certifications: Microsoft Azure, Citrix virtualization, Citrix Mobility and Cisco CCNA etc…
Serge Abi Raad Service Delivery Manager

As a Service Delivery Manager, Serge is responsible for the development and implementation of revenue growth plans at CODE. He drives the company’s sales strategy while uncovering new opportunities through market research and analysis that help grow the company’s business. With more than 15 years of work experience, ranging from support engineering up to consultancy, project delivery to account management, Serge is a highly motivated IT professional with a strong technical background and a seasoned project manager with experience in design, implementation and management of IT projects and initiatives.
Before joining CODE, Serge was leading the project management office at Capital Outsourcing in Lebanon with a solid track-record of successful large-scale cloud services project implementations across the region, all of them delivered with a high degree of customer satisfaction and completed within budget. Before that, Serge was based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he managed several large-scale projects.
Earlier in his career, Serge has worked as a service desk manager and as implementation and support engineer specializing in Microsoft infrastructure technologies and Cisco networking.
Serge holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering with an emphasis in Communications from the Lebanese American University in Byblos. He is also PMP, ITIL v3, Microsoft MCSA and Cisco CCNA certified.
Charbel Nasrallah Commercial Manager

Charbel is the Commercial Manager at Code, in this faculty he is responsible for growing our revenue streams, explore market opportunities, build partnerships and consolidate our vendors relationships. With 15 years of work experience covering business development, technology enablement, service delivery and project management, managed services implementation and support, Charbel brings with him a breadth of technical knowledge and business acumen.
Prior to Code Charbel worked for Microsoft as Partner Technology Strategist and Partner Specialist helping Microsoft partners in the Levant and North Africa region to build their capabilities in Azure and M365 and sell their services to the right customers. Before that Charbel had a 7 years experience at Navlink in Saudi Arabia and Qatar as Project Manager and Managed Services Delivery in subcontracting to STC and Ooredoo, delivering major Managed Router and Hosting Services projects to Public Sector customers. At the beginning of his career Charbel had a 6-month internship with Cisco Systems in Phoenix, Arizona, US.
Charbel holds a Master in Business Administration from ESMT School in Berlin, Germany and a Master in Computer Science from USEK university in Lebanon. He is also holder of Prince2 certification as well as multiple Microsoft and Cisco Certifications.
